These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the rules for using this website and purchasing products from Darby Todd(“we”, “our”, “us”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

We sell:

  • Physical products – such as CDs, merchandise, and other music-related items.

  • Digital products – such as music downloads and other electronic files.

All descriptions, images, and prices are correct at the time of publication but may change without notice.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • To place an order, follow the instructions on the website checkout page.

  • Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment provider. We do not store your payment card details.

  • An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide.
     

4. Prices & Currency

  • Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.

  • You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes if ordering from outside the UK.
     

5. Delivery

For Physical Items (CDs, Merchandise):

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of payment.

  • UK delivery is usually within 3 days; international delivery times vary.

  • Delivery costs are shown at checkout.

For Digital Downloads:

  • Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a link to download your purchase.

  • Download links are for personal use only and may not be shared or resold.
     

6. Returns & Refunds

Physical Products:

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

  • Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for most goods within 14 days of delivery.

  • You must return items in their original condition at your own cost (unless the item is faulty).

Digital Downloads:

  • Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds once the download has started, unless the file is faulty or not as described.
     

7. Intellectual Property

All music, images, text, and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to Darby Todd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
 

8. Use of Website

You agree not to use this website for:

  • Any unlawful purpose.

  • Uploading or transmitting viruses or malicious code.

  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the site or its servers.
     

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you will not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
